A new survey released by the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) proved that leisure travellers value their travel agents to a great extent. More than 85% of travellers believe that their agencies offer an incredible holiday experience in their vacation. The Travel Decision Making Survey was calculated on the basis of answers given by 3000 people. Here, the U.S consumers were divided into two groups such as agent users and non agent users. Various calculations were made and a final result was announced by the decision authority. It is estimated to know that people who make of travel agent was able to enjoy a better experience than the other one.

Also, the survey revealed that around 92% of consumers who used travel agent will be availing their service once again. From this, it is clear that people widely trust the travel agents for their vacations. Travel agents also perform a huge range of services such as passport & visa assistance, air ticketing, hotel accommodation, special packages, etc.
